Fourth Kind Pens makes a model he calls the Obelisk. It uses a #6 nib and is pretty big, certainly bigger than I'm comfortable using.
My Miniblisk is basically that pen, just tiny! I made one on accident and with Fourth Kind's permission, I've continued to make them. They're fun to turn, fun to hold, and the degree of tapering really helps show off the colouration within any given blank. Each comes with a #5 Jowo nib unit and a standard international converter.
